This update is to fix things that the Reforged update broke as well as improve race balancing.

General
 

• Attackers will attack from both sides and damage increased by 25%
• Hero level increased to 30
• Hero bestow abilities have increased level count
• Added a -respawn command to respawn your worker if it dies or becomes unselectable

Items

• New Item: True Strike Scepter
• Potion of Mana amount restored from 75 to 100
• Potion of Greater Mana amount restored from 250 to 300, gold cost from 50 to 60
• Can no longer sell Glass Staff
• Imbued Weapon cost from 150 to 200 gold
• All orbs except Orb of Frost have increase bonus damage from +7 to +15
• Increased Orb of Virtue mana steal from 0.2% to 0.3%

Tesla

• Tesla Scientist properly buffs tower damage
• Power Net hero damage balanced

Tech

• Merged Tycoon upgrade with Golden Age. Golden Age bonus gold from 5 to 8, bonus hp from 300 to 600 and grants sell value of 80%
• Shield Piercer upgrade now increases Pulsar Tower magic damage and hp. Increased the amount of mana burned from 300 to 400.
• Ballistics Expertise upgrade added which increases range and damage of certain towers
• Fire Bomb Assault upgrade replaced with Goblin Machines which increases hero mana and grants the ability to spawn goblins to fight alongside.
• Added new upgrade, Technological Prowess which grants Missile Launchers splash damage and the abilities for Gas Chamber and Mecha Golem
• Changed War Bonds upgrade to give interest based on current gold instead of building certain towers. It also increases mana bonus at the end of each level.
• Gas Chamber properly stops sprinters
• Gas Chamber poison gas damage altered (from 6 dmg/sec for 60 seconds to 35 dmg/sec for 10 seconds)
• Gas Chamber attack cooldown from 1.3 to 0.8 seconds
• Arrow Tower replaced with Stoner and missile art changed
• Destroyer air damage from 37-42 to 50-60
• Destroyer ground damage from 80-105 to 90-115
• Fire Bomb Launcher cost from 205 to 190
• Fire Bomb Launcher hp from 1500 to 2000, armor increased to 10 and burns nearby attackers
• Missile Launcher damage from 211-235 to 270-295
• Light Bringer damage from 501-575 to 526-600, range from 450 to 425
• Light Bringer mana from 150 to 200
• Mecha Golem air damage from 901-1000 to 1001-1100

Storm

• Reduced Tornado Caller’s ability cooldown from 7 to 5 seconds
• Tornado Caller ability range decreased, and increased damage from 60 to 105
• Bolt Tower ground damage from 21 to 23
• Hail Thrower cost from 25 to 23
• Ocean Topaz upgrade from +1 to +3 intelligence and added 75% attack speed for Bolt Towers
• Purging Winds upgrade from 3 to 5 seconds duration
• Frost Iron upgrade freeze chance from 20 to 33%
• Monsoon wind area damage from 40 to 35

Arcane

• Arcane Treasure upgrade now says what items can possibly drop
• Arcane Scepter upgrade now also grants your hero 50% mana regen
• Soul Engine upgrade changed to permanently add 50 hero base damage, restore 75% missing mana and grants 350 souls every 5 minutes
• Changed Arcane Master’s missile art

Elemental

• Fire Elemental base damage increased by 5
• Fire Elemental switched attack type from pierce to normal
• Fire Stone upgrade now increases Fire Elemental damage by 5
• Water Elemental’s Soak ability has improved chance to Freeze from 7 to 10% and chance to static from 3 to 4%
• Soak now synergizes with Tech Missile Launchers with Winter Jericho upgrade
• Lightning Stone chance increase to static from 4 to 6%
• Ice Crystal base damage increased by 5
• Holy Stone hero damage from 150 to 200

Ancient

• Ring of Atlantis upgrade mana bonus from 50% to 80%
• Book of Ages upgrade defense reduction from 7 to 8 and heal from 25 to 30
• Bellow upgrade now increases the defense of Dragons and improves their damage return to melee attackers to 500%
• Ancient Defender upgrade bonus hp to The Four from 20 to 30% and the hero damage bonus from 250 to 300%
• Volcano damage from 250 to 325
