#GENERAL
- Bases that had no players from the beginning of the game, will not be destroyed when a player from another team leaves.
- Fixed storm system before the boss decided to appear.
- All vs All event:
More decoration.
Added runes portals that are placed randomly when the event starts.
Portals will turn dark while waiting 1sec for activation.
The camera will not move if what passed through the portal was an ability.
