Changes compared to Eras Community Version 1.25

> What do we want to achieve with this patch:
We want to build on the feedback we received and increase the maps diversity by slowly expanding the possibilities and angles of attack and defense of both parties.
We removed the secondary plague as a global feature and added it to one of the new heroes.
We added a new hero tavern for the undead players and along this come 3 new heroes to decimate humans with.

**Improvements:**
- workarounds to reduce endgame lag
- added 3 new undead heroes
- added hero selection tavern to undead
- reworked and relocated credit area from russia to pacific ocean
- replaced mountain in russia with forest
- now vamp also protec!
- T3 should now replace undead heroes correctly now
- adjusted Dread Warrior attributes to transition correctly into amphibious form
- fixed Siegebreaker slowing down to crawl when gaining levels after Speed upgrade researched
- Plaguebearer Aerial Transmission will not spawn zombies anymore only zerglings

**Balances:**
- removed reanimator as a building
- added reanimator functionality as an ability to new undead hero
- improved undead towers to counter early air rushes
- adjusted Dread Warrior Horn Aura to return % damage based off of damage received
- removed ability to create zombies from Plaguebearer kills
- removed damage from Siegebreaker Warstomp
- adjusted Siegebreaker Warstomp to have double duration on heroes
- adjusted Plaguebearer stats to have more impact lategame
- adjusted Architects Regenerative Mutations to affect himself and allied heroes
